Max Vidler

Founder & Principal Solutions Architect

Max Vidler is the founder of UniMatter and its Principal Solutions Architect. He works where governance, systems, and consequence meet — in the quality, clinical, and compliance settings in which being approximately right is indistinguishable from being wrong.

He began in the machinery of government at eighteen, working in the Australian Parliament in the Federal Senate, and later in the Queensland Parliamentary Service. In government-relations consulting at Nexus, he served on client engagements spanning Amgen, American Express, and defence-industry start-ups, alongside political campaign management and compliance, and not-for-profit governance. In the residential clinical sector, at Hader Clinic Queensland Private, his work has spanned policy development and document control, complaint management, learning and credentialing systems, and quality operations under live accreditation.

He founded UniMatter to bring what those settings demand — measurement, verifiability, and accountability at every step — to organisations that cannot afford to be approximately right.
